Bahrain International Airport (BAH) is the main international gateway to the Kingdom of Bahrain, located approximately 7 km southwest of Manama city center in Muharraq. As the country’s busiest airport, it serves both domestic and international flights, connecting Bahrain to destinations across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and Africa. The airport also plays a key role in regional cargo and logistics operations.

Bahrain International Airport has a single modern passenger terminal handling both arrivals and departures. Facilities include check-in counters, self-service kiosks, immigration and customs services, baggage claim areas, VIP lounges, retail shops, and duty-free outlets.

Food and beverage options range from cafés and fast-food restaurants to sit-down dining offering local and international cuisine. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the terminal. Additional services include ATMs, currency exchange counters, medical assistance, business services, and support for passengers with reduced mobility.

The airport provides shuttle services to selected hotels, and buses connect the airport to central Manama and other towns.
